- Tulsa Resource Hub Foundation operates a referral-based Emergency Family Stabilization Program serving families throughout the Tulsa metro area. Services include emergency rent and utility assistance, gas cards, bus passes, emergency grocery delivery, an appointment-based community pantry, hygiene and diaper assistance, children’s birthday support, seasonal programs including Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance, and referrals to additional community resources.
