- Cornerstone Urban Alliance primarily serves justice-involved youth and adults in Metro Detroit's Wayne County, including individuals exiting Wayne County Jail and MDOC facilities, opportunity youth ages 16–24 who are out of school and unemployed, low-income adults seeking workforce and educational pathways, veterans navigating reentry, and women and girls surviving exploitation and trafficking. Our participants are united by systemic barriers — poverty, incarceration history, trauma, and limited access to opportunity.
