Our Mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate health care, residential, and habilitative services to one and all. By leading with our hearts, we enable each individual in our care to maximize his or her potential, and we support the individual and their loved ones every day and every step of the way.
Programs or services
Residential services including an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) and Nursing Supported Group Homes (NSGH). We also offer a Day Treatment and Activities for Adults (DTA), as well as a Group Supported Employment (GSE) vocational training program.
Through our Los Ninos Home Medical program, we offer home ventilator and medical equipment care and services.
Target Audience
Arizona's medically fragile and developmentally disabled population, all ages.
