Grants to West Virginia nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible locations for programs and projects that enhance the quality of life for local residents. Funding may be used for purposes such as human service programs, equipment, capital projects, and startup costs for new programs. Funded projects must benefit the residents of Middlebourne.
