Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) and Regional Affiliates

Grants of up to $15,000 to Ohio and West Virginia nonprofit organizations, agencies, and schools in eligible counties for programs that enhance the community. Special consideration will be given to projects that address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis, elimination of racism and bias and/or the advancement of an inclusive community, and substance use disorders. The programs the PACF considers for support must be located in the Foundation’s 11- county service area or must directly benefit the residents in its service area. Counties in the service area are Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood in West Virginia; and Washington County, Ohio.

The PACF places priority for grant funding on projects that serve communities where the PACF is the only community foundation in operation – priority counties for Foundation support are: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt and Wood Counties in West Virginia.
