Scholarships to USA and Territories students for college expenses. Scholarships are intended for students who have recently immigrated, or whose parents have recently immigrated. Students must be enrolled at an accredited college or university, in any discipline and program. Funds may be utilized to cover expenses for college textbooks, outstanding tuition balances, living expenses, and other costs related to education.
